OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS (NON-UK)


Overseas customers (individuals, corporate and public sector) are welcome to purchase equipment subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • Payment of goods cannot be accepted by credit or debit card and goods can only be shipped on receipt of cleared funds. Letters of credit are not accepted.
  • Goods may be collected from a distribution address in the UK or we can arrange shipment and insurance if required, subject to the above payment terms.
  • We can ship to most countries in the world including those in Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
  • Shipping and insurance costs will depend on quantity, weight, volume, value and destination.
  • Any local taxes and other relevant deductions in the country of destination are to the account of the customer.
  • Manufacturer’s warranties may or may not be applicable in certain countries.
  • We reserve the right to decline specific requests to purchase equipment.
